When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to arrive after being shippped. 

Once Shipped: 

USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 Business Days.

USPS Priority Express is typically delivered 1-2 Business Days. 

Standard Shipping is typically delivered 3-4 Business Days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or text with your shipping information and tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update via USPS. 

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders weighing under one pound will be shipped USPS First Class.  Items weighing over one pound will be shipped USPS Priority. All shipments include tracking.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders are normally processed the same day we receive your order. Orders may not be cancelled. If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color, please email us at info@delegance.co. It is NOT guaranteed that your error will be corrected prior to shipment.

Do you issue refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY. Please refer to our Refund Policy page. Refund Policy

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, items may be returned for store credit. Please refer to our refund policy page. Refund Policy

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible at info@delegance.co along with a picture of the damaged item. If applicable, we will send a retun shipping label for the item to be returned. Upon receiving the returned item, we will then provide you with store credit.

Can I call to order?

Unfortunately, you may not call to order. All orders must be done online.

Do you offer pick up or local delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup or delivery services. All orders must be placed & paid for online with shipping ONLY.
